  We are currently looking for a person to join our team in the capacity of Sales Manager. This should be a person responsible for increasing service sales by acquiring new clients and maintaining contact with already existing clients. The success is estimated on how good you are at turning business opportunities into customer acquisition. The philosophy of selling translation services has its own peculiarities and we will gladly guide you into it.
Main responsibilities:
  • Communicating with prospects and existing clients
  • Managing relationships with various clients and partners
  • Actively selling through cold calling, own research and referral programs
  • Developing new business opportunities and negotiating mutually rewarding contracts
  • Active management of client expectations and collaboration with the VEROLING Production Department
  • Adding, maintaining and organizing all contacts in our database and CRM
  • Ensuring the information about the clients is constantly up-to-date
  • Participating and representing VEROLING in various trade shows and conferences
  • Conducting visiting presentations for key clients
  • Ability to work in a team and thus ensure successful completion of all projects at VEROLING
  • Effective time management as well as flexibility and intelligence in responding to various customer scenarios
  • Desire to learn new things, openness to challenges and success oriented approach
  • Ability to multi-task and solve problems
  • Willingness to look for new opportunities
  • Fluent in English (excellent written and spoken communication skills)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Service-minded approach (listening skills, ability to set and understand goals and priorities, general business knowledge)
  • Creativity and ability to look for non-standard solutions; outstanding phone skills
  • Individual responsibility
  • Knowledge of foreign languages other than English is an advantage
